So guys made a rookie mistake. Somehow my truck died and I hooked up jumper cables wrong. I know stupid. I got the jumper cables back on right and thank the lord everything is working like it should. Except my front windows will not roll down from either driver or passenger side. The fuse for windows is a relay which I will be ordering but anyone have any ideas of what it could be?

on the left side fuse panel check fuse #44, on the right side fuse panel check fuse #27 & 44
but my guess is maybe you toasted one of the fusible links on the battery top cover.
