Hey guys,

I've got a 2000 z71 OBS and I was wondering how to remove the front sidemarkers. I've got some VHT and am trying to tint the drls and the side markers to remove all traces of orange up front.

I believe you have to take the grill out and there should be a nut for each on the backside. I wouldn't use the VHT never heard anything good about it.

I've got a friend who used it for his side markers and he was happy with it what would you suggest?

better to have someone shoot them with black mixed with automotive clear. and there are actually 2 nuts per light/refelector. be gentle on them as they are just plastic studs.

If you have small enough hands or can get your girl to do it, you can remove the parking lights and take them off like that. If that doesn't work just remove the headlights and parking lamps, much easier than taking off the whole grill and re-installing it.

As Justin said, its two plastic studs per marker.
