Friends and Family (supplier) discount vs. invoice

Does anyone KNOW what the % relationship is between invoice and the supplier discount? In other words, is the supplier discount 1% over invoice, or 1% below invoice (simply making up numbers as an example)?

If ordering a Yukon XL, anyone want to share what kind of pricing I might expect and whether I can beat supplier/friends and family pricing?

was always told supplier was 1% below invoice and then employee pricing was 4% under?
to find the supplier price either build one similar to what you're wanting to order or find one at a dealer you're interested in using the GM supplier website

pricing is dependent on how much time you're willing to put into the search and if you're willing to spend a little to save a lot. there are several large dealers in the central part of the US that are right at $5k-5500 off a +$90k yukon xl. these dealers will be pricing less than supplier or right at it. then there are big dealers like rivard in FL that is $7k off a denali yukon XL but watch for their fees.

If you go to https://gmsupplierdiscount.com, then go to Tools - Build & Price tool you don't have to log in or anything to see supplier pricing. Under that tool you can build your own configuration or view inventory for surrounding dealers.

I noticed currently there's one dealer in my area that appears to have better pricing than supplier on a couple of Tahoe's that have been in their inventory for awhile. Both are Premiere models but hardly have any options beyond the base Premiere trim.

The reason I am asking this question is that I will, unfortunately, need to order to get what I want, given color and options desired, and second row bench requirement. Just trying to confirm whether supplier is higher or lower than actual invoice. I am unaware of how to obtain actual invoice pricing without paying some third party site.

Edmunds used to list invoice price. Not sure if they still do....

Don't be misled by the headline. This is for all potential buyers. It goes through the purchase price, dealer incentives, and fees that add to the bottom line price. It is well done, particularly going through the fees and dealer incentives.

Extended warranties are also a pricey option. I always buy the factory extended warranty. The others are junk. They do not pay as well as factory, therefore not many dealers or good shops want to take them.
