Fender Flares or not?

Hey guys new to the site and love what I have seen so far.

Unfortunately my Tahoe was just sideswiped last week while parked and I am going to have to get the whole passenger side fixed. While I am at it I was considering adding flares. Since I have an LS I would use the textured black plastic ones and was wondering what those of you who have them or have seen them think. Below is a photo of my Tahoe, but for now it is back on stock wheels and BFG AT's I did see polobuds and love his look but his tahoe is black and mine is charcoal so I'm not sure how the flares would look. Thanks for the opinions.

I would go color matched. Much better look IMO. But the black one's don't look to bad on a lifted hoe. What kind of look are going for?

I actually like the colormatched myself but thought the black textured ones might tie in well with the bumper caps, door handles, and mirrors. Also, I don't really need more paint to take care of, especially, sticking out on the side of my truck. Thanks.
