has GM ever offered a factory lift, of any size, for the GMT800 series truck and SUV's? I am aware of the ZR2 and Trail Boss options for the newer Colorado's and Silverado's and even some newer SUV's but am wondering about the GMT800's.

I can not remember ever seeing a factory GM lift on a GMT800 like say a High boy ford.

Z71 is as close to a GM OE lift as GM would get, back then.
GMT800 Z71s were usually (and still today) slightly taller than their LS or LT counterparts, even given 4WD.
