DTC PO137 Has anyone else had this problem

I read some info on it, anyone had this code PO137 Before. At best it may be a sensor and worst being a catalitic converter. Has anyone else had this problem

my suburban had it all i did was clean the O2 sensors after the cat-converters and it went away.

Ya I have plenty of pressure and the exaust so I'm pretty sure its not the cat. and I couldnt hear any exaust leaks and also checked connections with a mirror, so exaust is clean. I cleared the code, I see what happens from there.
