Driver seat wont move forward/backwards correctly.

When I push/slide the button to move the drivers seat forward and backwards, it only moves about a inch, then I have to let go off the button and push it again to move it another inch (and it goes on like that to however far I want to move it).
The memory system can't move it better either...

Is there any easy fix for this?

You check under the seat? Any wires binding or any objects blocking the track?

I havnt really checked anything on it yet.
But I can move it all the way back/front.. It's just that I have to push the button 1000 times, which is quite annoying.

sounds like the motor is giving out., or maybe a fuse
