I bought my hoe with an aftermarket head unit. Passenger side door speaker is rattling at volume and driver side door has no volume to speak of. There are 2 speakers in the drivers door, I had to pop off the panel to repair the lock, so I'm assuming the passenger has the same.
Is there a link or does anyone have a listing of replacement sizes I can use as a go by if I need to replace speakers?

6.5" front
5.25" rear, but can easily accommodate 6.5"

I was just gonna ask if someone can create a sticky for sizes and applications for the nbs. From base model to bose with the sub and extra tweeters.
would be a pretty simple thread. I would but im new to these trucks so I don't know what all fits yet.

Is there any kind of adapter you have to use if installing 6.5s in the rear.
Thanks

I added POLK 651s(6.5") in the rear doors (and front) they fit perfectly but for the rears you do have to snip the protruding plastic pieces that retain the oem speaker - you can even use the oem bolts.... Ill post pics here in a few of what I mean

I did a small system sounds great - Q-Logic under the rear seat box with 10" sub, unhooked rear pillar speakers and front post tweeters, added the POLKS, ran an alpine HU with Alpine Power Pack, powered sub with RF 500 mono and bypassed the Bose amp. Sounds amazing for what it is.... Sounds better than some systems I have spent 3 x as much on.

Standby for pics

Ok here are some quick pics of the install I did on my buddy's truck just the other day -

I used a small wire cutter type tool and cut off the plastic pieces then dremmel'd them down smooth.
