My A/C power button did the same thing....I might have to try out the touch up paint idea

Mine started doing that around 30k miles in my 08 tahoe and I got the whole Auto AC control module/unit thing replaced for free bc of the warranty (bumper to bumper). Luckily I got it replaced before I hit the 36k mark on it.

That's ridiculous! A couple of them that I looked at before I got mine had the same problem. It really almost made me get a KR F-150 instead, I just think it shouldn't happen and don't know why GM has these small pesky problems all the time.

You think a Ford would be better? Ford interiors go to hell when they get age on them. :Boo:

The problem is that people use their finger nails to press the buttons. The Trailblazer and Tahoe both have over 100k with all original buttons looking brand new.
