I recently notice the cowl below the windshield has begun to buckle and not sit flat against the glass. Is anyone else having the same issue?

How old is the rig and what kind of weather is it in and does it always stay outside?

Built March 2018. Northern VA climate and yes it sits outside all year. I’m wondering if 3/36 warranty will cover a replacement.

I would certainly find out. As soon as you said the year, I immediately thought of the bumper to bumper coverage. That cowl is between the bumpers. Let us know what they say.
Will do. Have to bring it anyway for a leaking heater hose near the firewall. It’s leaking at the crimp connection. I didn’t see this when it was in 2 weeks ago for engine oil cooler line leaking. At the crimp connection. Just FYI that is covered under powertrain warranty. For me it didn’t matter but the service advisor told me in case it leaks again.
