Thanks Man,
Here is the little work I did today, I figured out the depth I wanted the changer and then I made a template out of a folder, traced it on a 1/4" sheet of MDF and cut it out very carefully. Once I cut the 1/4" wall between the changer and the rest of the compartment I will fiberglass it in. The change holes will be filled in as to not interfere with the changer.

Crappy Iphone Pictures, sorry...

I don't know if I mentioned this, but in the gap between the changer and the other wall a Fobus holster will be mounted to the changer wall holding this...

Just one layer, I would have doubled up on the floor, but the The carpet I'm installing is backed with sound deadener and came with an additional layer of rubber sheet deadener.

Haha, I'm always packing my 9mm Kahr, but if they are stupid enough to try and get me in my truck they will get a taste of the 40.

Little more work, now it needs a layer of fiberglass matting and then worked into the compartment. I will be filling the small gap between the power plug and the wall with tiger hair to clean it up a little.

Alright here is what was done today at my shop. I fitted and adjusted the hood and latch so the gaps are perfect, and she closes perfectly. Straightened out the front bumper brackets and fabed up a couple gussets so the front end has the ability to take down small cows without buckling. :) Had to cut off the front portion/support of the bumper bracket (to be welded back on higher up) along with machining two ½ thick aluminum spacers for the top of the bracket in order to bring the bumper up closer to the grill for a cleaner look. Tomorrow I will final fit the new bumper and grill, Cut the HD hood for the Yukon head lights, and hopefully begin body work on them all.
Pics…

If any mod feels like moving this thing over to general discussions or whatever, go for it. It started out as an interior/audio thread and morphed into all kinds of nonsense...

This is what was done today, Shaved the rear wiper, and started the body work. Started the body work on the HD hood, and the front bracket got finished welded. Also started taking apart the seats to start changing the seat covers over to black. Moving along, Moving along!
