Climate control malfunction

Hello, 2021 Tahoe with dual climate control. Passenger side blows cold unless heat is set at Hi (90). If I turn heat down it goes full cold. One extreme or the other. Actuator? Control panel? Sensor?
Anybody experience this?

Seems to me that your system needs to be recalibrated and or the offending actuator replaced. I do not know the specifics for that generation.
