Chevy timing issues

I own a 2016 Chevy Tahoe I replaced oem cam ,lifter , timing chain , tensioner and and crank pulley . I align can mark 6 0clock crank 12 o clock and cylinder 1 TDC but when it start very sluggish and get turn off . If I disconnect cam position sensor connection. car run without problem .no issues only 1 engine light for cam position sensor . Any one can give me how I can solve this problem

Did you put in a factory cam or an aftermarket one? If the latter, which one, and did you have the ECU tuned for that cam?

Okay. We’ve seen some issues with bad cam position sensors or related wiring issues. We’ve also seen situations where people didn’t get the cam phaser installed just right. Do you have access to a bidirectional scan tool that can log real-time data from the ECM?

I don’t have any expensive tool . Cam phaser on correct position

That looks right to my eyes. Without a bidirectional scan tool, all you can do is fire parts at it. With a cheap multimeter, check the continuity on the cam sensor wires back to the connector at least. After that, I would move to replacing the cam position sensor with a factory part. Get one from the dealer, a GM parts house like GM Parts Direct, or Rock Auto.
