Can this be fixed easily? Or is it time for a new radiator

\\This is a 99 Tahoe with the heavy duty towing package trans oil cooler setup. The fitting where the aux trans cooler line goes in (left side of car, right under the upper radiator hose) is leaking coolant. What it appears to be is a large hex fitting with the smaller trans line fitting screwed into it. The leak appears to be coming from around the large hex fitting. Is this something that can be tightened up? Or should I be throwing this radiator out and putting in a new one.

Radiator is original to the truck. 182k miles on the truck. edit: maybe this is an oil cooler line? I see with the new radiators that some say they are for an oil cooler and some are for no oil cooler. I know at least one of the trans lines is on the other side of the radiator. . . I know this truck has the towing package. Just not sure I have an engine oil cooler lol.
