I picked up a ranch hand for $125 used that had been rhino lined black. I knew I wanted a used one since the new ones are so expensive. It took about 3 months to find a good one on craigslist, but it was well worth the wait in my opinion. Just a word of advice, that sucker is heavy as hell....it took my engine puller and a friend to help me get it lined up while I threw the bolts in.

I've got one of the 1st design Ranch hand guards. They're built well but like hotrod said they are HEAVY.

I didn't measure to see how far it dropped, but it did drop some but not whole lot...I'm rubbing a bit more often, but that's mainly due to my big tire choice. It's well worth it IMO because now I feel like I could totally ram some motherfu**ers and come out unscaved lol. Sorry, maybe that's the alcohol talking, I've been drinking this afternoon. ;)
