Hey all. Fairly new to the forum, but have already gotten lots of great information here. I picked up a white denali, and so far, I just love the car...minus the drivers door handle breaking the first day!...anyway, I have installed the HIDs, they look great...getting the tint on sunday, and plan on taking my moldings off tomorrow... Last night I also installed my strobe system, inside the rear glass, and the front bumper, right near the tow hooks...i need a strobe setup for work (run a bridge and highway construction company), and I was very happy with the way that setup turned out...If anyone is interested in that, or needs a similar setup, ask, I have a wireless fob for control of it, so I did not need to drill into the dash for the switch...very good, clean setup...
Now onto the important question I have for all of you. Most of the billet grilles I am looking at are "inserts"... I want a good looking thin line billet grille, but may even consider a good looking mesh grille... the problem is that the stock denali grill is the chrome circles... I like it, but it is not unique... so, my question is if anyone knows any good REPLACEMENT billet grilles, without going to the 3000 dollar asanti kit, or something like that... or, does anyone have a standard yukon grill they would want to sell cheaply, so that I could cut it apart to make the insert. I am looking for the lower bumper grill as well to match, so the same goes for that grille.
Any luck would be appreciated...google searches are not helping too much right now!
