Anyone capable of looking up TSB?

Hi all - I'm trying to pull up the details of GM Technical Service Bulletin PIT5665 and it appears that GM shields the details of the TSB from the web. Anyone on this forum have the capability of looking this up? It also has a NHTSA# 10156932 if that helps.
