I wouldn't pay $23,000 for a fully loaded new 2012 Escalade. But that's just me. I do have taste, you know. :evillol:

I'd hope you would, because you could flip it and make $23,000. You could even ***** about how bad it sucked and how much you hate your current car and the buyer would still want it, think about how much you would enjoy that :lol2:

I sold my LTZ 20's (i would rate it a 7/10 condition-wise) with the Nitto terra grappler 305/50/20's that I put on 9 months ago for $1400 cash on CL. Those LTZ 20's are highly sought after. You should def think about selling those separately if this sale of yours doesn't go through with the couple.

Ya know hindsight is 20/20, and I bet taking the holding money would have eliminated any more though processes until they go to the bank tomorrow, but him and his wife having just drove almost 3 hours I told him I didn't want to put him in that position. He really liked it. Pushing the tow/haul button for haul ass mode and telling the test driver to stomp it has yet to get any response that didn't include a cuss word, and this guy absolutely loved it.

I will say that not having my 3rd row has hurt, but they know they can find some on craigslist.

Dealer just offered me $21000 for my 07 Yukon SLT fully loaded. Carmax offered 19K and I laughed in his face. He told me dealers can go to manheim everyday and buy one like mine for 19K. Its funny a regular chevy dealer offered 2K more. I think we are about to work out a deal on a 2013 ltz fully loaded avalanche in blue topaz.

Yeah deal fell through, I think. I'm not greedy, my bank wants what my bank wants...I can't help that. I have it priced well under KBB private party value (which I know is crap), and there aren't cheaper equivalents around.
