97 2DR SPORT-Flares

I am wanting to remove the factory fender flares to repaint, anyone done this before? after removing the screws i cant tell if its dbl sided tape or clips still holding on. Thanks-

i believe double sided tape..

they can be double sided tape or clipped around the fender lip either way they come off pretty easy good luck post pics

where's the best place to get the replacement tape to put them back on? i imagine it needs to be pretty thin 3m stuff

any hardware store, automotive painters place, lowes, whatever i guess. 3m brand would be your best bet tho.
