95 gmc yukon specs

i have a 95 2 door yukon,5.7 tbi,4x4 autotrans,what is operating temp,one guy tells me i need to run a 180 thermo another says a 210, allso need a cut away of the intake so can see just what could be blocked after replaceing a intake gasket runs hot with thrmo in,fine with out it,gonig back in sat with new gasket from cm dealer,used vin so sure right one,all hoses and new raditor,but runs hot with 1 in,have some heat,so if was afan clutch would run hot?same with water pump???right????also replaced both water inlets,old school hose over fitting,so hop new gasket will fix thanks in advance

195 is required. pump or clutch could do it to but make sure the gasket is not reverse if it applies. Also make sure you did not stuff something in any hole.
