3rd Brake Light Condensation (Vent?)

My 3rd brake light has significant condensation inside. Is there a way to drain it? Does it have a vent?

I don’t think it has a vent. Sounds like the seal is bad. You can try to take it apart and dry it out but you’ll probably have the same problem again. Might be time for a new one.
