2nd row seats

I have a 2019 Tahoe LT and it has captain chairs but we are wondering can you interchange them with the bench seat! And if so looking to trade out if anyone is interested! Black leather. NC

Yes you can change them but if you have options for heated seats you would need to swap for a bench with heated seats as well if you want to retain that feature.

I’m not sure though if there is a difference in 2nd row seats between a regular and XL though.

I’m looking to swap my black leather heated bench to captain chairs but I’m in California.

Yea we don’t have the heated seats on the captain chairs so I wouldn’t have to worry bout that just gotta find a bench seat a regular one. I appreciate u answering me back. And btw I’m in NC.

I purchased a used 2020 Suburban last year with captain seats for the 2nd row. I too did not like the large gap left when folding down the 2nd and 3rd seats as in many occasions it really interfered with loading cargo. I purchased a used and matching leather bench seat for the 2nd row from a junk yard found on the online search website of Car-Part.com. I bought it for $500 (including shipping) but did spend a couple of hours cleaning it and it's now about a 8.75 out of 10 on the new scale. It was a direct bolt in as all of the attachment points are identical for the 2 captain chairs and one bench seat. HOWEVER, it that generation of Suburban/Tahoe the seats are not interchangeable so you will need to limit your search to Tahoe bench seats only. However, there are more Tahoes out there than Suburbans so that should not present a problem. You can also look on Ebay for bench seats too. JK
