Just picked up a '22 Z71 Tahoe and noticed the brakes are very Weak. Dealer of course said they were inspected and in good shape. I am coming from a Ram 1500 and Those brakes grabbed much harder than the Tahoe. Are the brakes a bit undersized on these trucks?

What kind/type/brand of brakes do you have on the truck? There are brands that are better than others regarding stopping the truck's motion, so maybe different brakes would yield better stopping results for you.

Funny I've got over 60k on the stock brakes on the 2022 Z71 and I've never felt like they were lacking in the slightest. Even whipping around on the back roads or bouncing around in the dirt and the sand the brakes are one of the few areas that I have no complaints.
