I am really unsure of how to describe it. It's not a misfire, it's not bad gas, and no codes were thrown.

Almost every time I lightly accelerate from 30 to 45 mph car does not make any significant noise but I can feel either hesitation/stutter or better yet feels like sporadic resistance until I hit 45 or 50 mph. If I were to accelerate fast through that specified spot it will not replicate the issue.

Any insight into what it may be or if you need more info please let me know.

Sounds like you are easing into the throttle and it's in a higher gear? You could be feeling TCC slippage. Is this the 6 speed or 8 speed? Has the trans ever been serviced? If it's the 8 speed, has the fluid been updated to the new stuff per the TSB?

Could be spark knock. Something is setting off the knock sensors and the ECM is pulling out timing. Try putting a tank of premium in it and see if it changes.
