Wow, you can replace an intake manifold in 12 minutes. Good video.

I did mine over the weekend. Honestly took me about four hours. Including a trip to AutoZone, for a fuel line tool I forgot, but broke anyway. All in all, worth it! Runs a lot better and I'm pretty sure my brakes feel better.
