Just started today. The row of icons on top and bottom disappear. I touch screen and whatever hidden icon i touch is activated then icons stay up for 5 seconds or so then go away.

Sounds like your screen is failing...mine did. Take it to the dealer and have them look at it. They will need to order the part and it takes about a week for it to arrive.
