Just picked up a 2011 Suburban LTZ and it had new OE aftermarket wheels installed and new tires. I swapped brakes on my 2011 with the GMPP 16" Brembo upgrade... same as the PPV. I had to use 12mm spacers to have my OEM style wheel clear the caliper and by like 1/16". I picked up some 15mm spacers which I can't install unless I do extended wheel studs. I hate the look of the stock wheels and would love to do some 22s. My stock wheels are 20x8.5 with a 31 offset, with my 12mm spacer its effectively 19mm. My understanding is that the PPV wheels are 28mm offset which is only a 3mm difference but given that its 9" and not 8.5" wide that pushes then out 6mm roughly. I assume the PPV wheels being steel are much thinner so there is added clearance. What are the specs for aftermarket 22'" that I would need to be in the ballpark to clear the caliper?

I ended up swapping to 15mm spacers and adding Dorman Extended studs. I still would like to know what offset for a 22" wheel as the goal is to go larger with no spacers in the future. Looking to swap these off once the tires are worn down.
