07 Tahos - No sound only on FM sometimes when i remote start

So, as the title says, sometimes (not always) when I remote start I get no sound from FM only. XM, CD, and AM all work fine. I have not noticed this when starting with the key though. It is the factory BOSE system and factory remote start. Not sure if it matters, but it is an 07 LT3/Z71. I have not done any work recently and if I shut the truck off and turn it back it the FM works perfect every time. I do have a custom CB install in my center console, but that has been in for well over a year now and nothing with the radio or amp was touched to do that install. All help is greatly appreciated. Nothing huh? Anyone have any ideas at all? I am thinking radio, but I really don't want to spend $500-800 to replace it to find out there was something else I should have checked.

Why do you want sit there and listen to FM radio with remote start on?
