03 Tahoe factory speaker problem

Hello family my 2003 tahoe factory speakers shorts out sometimes and only plays the factory sub and back speakers in the rear not doors.I have noticed that early in the morning on first start all speakers will play but later seem to shortage out........

sounds like amp on HU is going out

Is this an easy fix? Or should I just redo the whole system.

you can just change headunits, then thats how it starts then you want speakers, and amp, a subwoofer, etc,etc
