Looking through the order guides posted by @BrokerThis I wanted to centralize a thread of the highlights I’ve noticed so far, please add yours.

The good:
- 6.2L available on Yukon AT4, Tahoe Z71, and RST. With the cool exhausts. In the Tahoe it must be combined with other option groups that will push prices into Denali territory. In the AT4 it seems to be a genuinely stand-alone option.
- front and rear parking sensors now standard. I had a rental Tahoe LT for a week and couldn’t believe it didn’t have front sensors.
- 12” digital gauge cluster (with analog speed and tach) now standard on LT & up Tahoe, and all Yukon. Interested in seeing this in action.
- new infotainment by google auto.

The not-so-good:
- still no ventilated seats on any Tahoe trim under Premier. Pretty inexcusable at these prices. And the main thing pushing me away from a Z71 and toward the Yukon SLT.
- adaptive cruise control not available on anything except Denali, Tahoe Premier & High Country.
- no Super Cruise anywhere except Escalade.

New Colors, Chevrolet names:
- Auburn Metallic
- Dark Ash Metallic
- Evergreen Gray Metallic (same as the ‘hunter’ on Denali?)

Link to guides Select make/model, then “print book” (a link to the PDFs did not work)

What other changes have you noticed?

The 12” digital gauge cluster (with analog speed and tach) is the big mystery to me. 12” is basically the whole width of the gauge cluster so how can the digital cluster be that big and still have analog gauges? I’m really hoping it’s just all digital.
Also it looks like there will be new wheel choices and a new color redwood metallic for the yukon.

Exactly. The ‘21 Yukon screen - optional on Tahoe - is 8”. Heck, the main screen is only 10.2!

My wife and I are preparing to place an order for a new Tahoe. I am amazed at GM’s decision to include incandescent lighting in the rear light combination modules on the 2021 (except for the tail light strip). I see that the 2022 “guide” posted by the original poster references “Lamps, stop and tail, LED”. I wonder if this applies to the entire lighting module (turn signals and reverse lights included) or just tail and brake lights.

EDIT: Yukon is all-LED so I've switched my focus to the Yukon! (It also will allow me to get Adaptive Cruise without also getting the sunroof.)

I have plans to order a 2022 Yukon Denali diesel and trade my 2020 Yukon XL in.

I was hoping that the new super cruise would be on the Yukon flagship. There were many hints on the Internet that it was and it still may be.

My GMC dealer still has limited knowledge and I have found more on this website than any other place I've been looking for 2022 information.

I'm pretty sure within the next 30 days that will change. For I've already gotten an email this weekend from a GMC dealer I had contacted to get up with them next week.

I do not plan to order until I'm absently sure what's available there in the dark also especially with this chip issue and so many back orders that have not been filled.

Where I work at I ordered three tradesmen's Dodge pickups in January they showed up last week.

Super cruise has been out for a while getting perfected is on the Escalade and others and you would think it would show up on the Yukon Denali by now.

This won't make me change to an Escalade but it will be a little disappointing if it doesn't show up on the Yukon.

Any official change that I can verify through GMC I will post here.

I do think that’s the dumbest thing on my $70k 2021 Tahoe Premier model with it having regular light bulbs for tail lights. My 2012 GMC Acadia Denali had LED tail lights and several cheaper cars today have them.

I suspect that the reference to the analog tach and spedo mean that they will be statically displayed in analog form (see the spy shots on the internet of the Sierra dash)

But I do not expect to see Supercruise, I have to think that the RPO would be listed, and it's not. - It did make it to standard fare on all but the entry level Escalade though.

The aux trailer camera for the rear of trailer (Enhanced Trailer View) is now an available option on AT4 and Denali (I have not looked at that option on the Chevys)

As noted somewhere on the interwebs, the rear entertainment screens lose USB-C streaming, and seemingly Miracast, but gains what it calls WiFi streaming. I cannot say with 100% certainty, but the 22 Sierra HD owner's guide for the entertainment screens has instructions for DLNA streaming, which does indeed run over WiFi.. and both Android and Apple devices have DLNA serving apps available, and should be much more reliable than Miracast ever was, this would be a win if it works like it should.

The new Denali Black performance pakage - a few dark bits, badges and front brembos, but no black grille out front.

As for the new colors? This is somewhat interesting

The Yukons and Tahoe/Suburban lose Dark Sky metallic (shadow gray) and Smoky Quartz (graywood metallic)
The Yukons gain Redwood Metallic - Chevy Auburn metallic -- this is the same color as the C8 Corvette Caffiene metallic just announced.
The Tahoe/Suburban gain Dark Ash Metallic, but the Yukon does not.
Evergreen gray metallic is, indeed Hunter metalic, but the only way to get that on a Yukon is still the Denali, but available on all but fleet Tahoe/Suburban. Very strange there.

Of course there's a smattering of new wheels, changes to the floor liners, but no actual pictures or info on what's different.

I do find it interesting, thus far that the only chip related deletion that is in effect today on the 21's is mentioned in the 22's so far - that's the auto start/stop - that's still not included on the V8's. The wireless charging and steering column lock are not currently listed with not-included RPO's.

Anyone know why Premium Plus will be unavailable to order at this time on AT4?

I just talked to my dealer yesterday, and they said that the Max Trailering Package (which is included in the package you mentioned) is very, very hard to come by currently.
