Rusted Tranny Dipstick Tip (top)
Hi, first time in the forum. I am currently looking for a 3rd gen tahoe, and got one at a decent price with only 115k on it. It's a 2009, 4wd 5.3. After test drive, most stuff are fine, shifts decently too, but under the hood the tranny dipstick plastic tip is missing and has a very very rusty...- stevelikesrhino

Oil not showing full on dipstick until 9 qts. were put in
Hi all, I've got a 2004 Tahoe LT with the 5.3L. Recently I took it in for an oil change at a jiffy lube or something similar (I know I know, but I needed it done quick). Stuck Tubing in Oil Dipstick Engine Port- PROBLEM SOLVED
PROBLEM SOLVED After a lot of twisting and pulling, I was able to free the tube from the dipstick hole. I have no idea what it was hung up on and it certainly sucked more time from my day than anticipated but it's done, oil and filter changed and ready to go again. Thanks for looking and...- My99Yukon
