Need LED Turning SIGNAL HELP???

Drivers seat out of my 2004 GMC Yukon Denali XL. Is the black motor one that is responsible for seat to recline??? Been trying to find a new one with those numbers on it an nothing comes up. Tried to google reclining motor an nothing comes up looking like this one -

2004 GMC Yukon Denali XL power driver seat problems..
