    Dead in 4 hours is a huge draw, or defective battery. Have the battery charged and tested. A load test would be best. If battery passes, then a parasitic draw test would be next. Does the rear wiper work and park properly?

    The misfire will disable the Stability system. Fix the misfire and Stability warning will be gone as well.

    Changing out the exhaust this week. Has stainless shorty headers and duals with a dual inlet/dual outlet muffler. Changing it all to a true dual set up with possibly an H pipe.     Just an update on the tires. Have about 25,000 miles on them. Still going great. Rotate every 6,000-10,000 miles or whenever I start to see any abnormal wear. Very happy with them. They are great in ice and snowy conditions.

    All winter long! It’s kind of a shame to drive it in the winter, but it’s his woods machine. Luke really does take care of his stuff. The short wheelbase really gets around in the bush. Better than his crew cab Trailboss That’s for sure. He tells me the Tahoe is just like a Jeep, but for men. :D...

    My boy just bought a 98 2 door Tahoe a couple weeks ago. No rust from Arizona. Six inch lift, 35 1250 15 tires on 10 inch wheels.     Going back to the body shop. The left rear got backed into from some douche with a trailer. Got the upper and lower bumper cover. Damn. Have not been on a trip to check fuel economy. Wife still likes the sound.

    Swapped factory muffler and flapper valve for a magnaflow stainless muffler. No more tin can sound on start up, no more whoosh sound from a stuck flapper valve, and a nice throaty sound. wife loves it! Will track fuel economy with new straight through muffler and see if we get any gains.

    Pulled my 7000 pound race trailer and averaged 13 mpg while towing. Towed great and very happy with the fuel economy. This Tahoe never seems to disappoint with power or fuel economy.
