Just completed a software update on my 2022 Z71 Tahoe yesterday (8/18/23). Now the entire presets/favorites bar is gone. Customer service is of no help. Anyone else have this issue?
I reached out to the corporate offices at GM...the chat feature on Chevrolet's website will do nothing. You have to go to the "higher ups". It worked for me - my vehicle was delivered within a week of some strongly worded conversations.
Update - mine has finally arrived. The General Manager of the Dealer said my persistence of calling/emailing GM every day forced their hand, so if you don't mind being annoying (I wanted my darn vehicle!), then I would make phone calls every single day!
Jumping in on this convo. Just ordered all three rows and the cargo area for my '22 Tahoe. Cargo and 3rd row shipped immediately. Any other experiences with backorder timelines? Still been about a month for you all?
Update to anyone who cares...just got a call from GM Exec. Offices. GM is once again letting dealerships pick up vehicles from distribution centers (they had discontinued this practice until this week). There are still delays, BUT this definitely should help speed the process up for anyone who...
Thanks again for the reply. I've been dealing with the General Sales Manager at the dealership, so I will push a little harder to see if they can make any more headway.
I am not 100% sure on TPW or actual production timeline (other than it's been more than four weeks). I will keep everyone...
I'm jumping on this thread a little late. Similar to Torry, I lucked out on a 2022 Tahoe Z71 that hadn't yet been purchased. I now find myself in the same situation as the vehcile having been shown "in transit" for the past month. It's currently at the distribution center in Fort Wayne, IN...
