Factory reset stereo
We have a 2013 tahoe with an advent stereo/navigation system. It says it has an update and when we try it wants a password. The web said the default is 012345 but it won't work. It's only had one other owner and they said they did not set a password. Any ideas?- Abubenik

Help with factory dvd headrest
We have a 2013 tahoe. There are two dvd headrests amd both of them will not eject the dvd. I keep reading we need to pull the fuse and I have pulled #19 RES and several under the hood. Does anyone know where the fuse is to try to reset them? Or how can I order new ones?- Abubenik
