2021 Tahoe - Always on USB
Power drain would be something to consider, but a car battery would provide enough power for my small devices to not really be a concern. But for my purpose: I do a lot of cycling / hiking / kayaking, sometimes over 1 day or 2 day trips using the truck as a base camp. Devices like blinky lights...- Bthnc

2021 Tahoe - Always on USB
Hi everyone, On my 2021 Tahoe, all of my USB ports (and 12v lighter) seem to be RAP powered. I'd like to make these always on if possible -- on previous years it seemed they were either always on or could be changed by moving a fuse, but looking over the fuses I don't see this on the 2021...- Bthnc

2021 Tahoe Sunroof drains…
Hey all, my 21 premiere sunroof is leaking. I’m aware of the TSB, but it will be a bit until I can get the truck in. Are there only the 2 drains in the front of the roof area? Anything in the rear? I ask because I think my leak occurred when the truck wasn’t even in use, but was in some rain... -

XM radio won’t load on 2021 Tahoe
Try this. I’m not in front of the infotainment but go into the settings and find the running apps somewhere in there, might be under Vehicle, or System. Can’t remember. But in the running apps, find the SiriusXM app and terminate it or force stop. See if that fixes it. It should force it to...- Bthnc

Anyone have an issue with backup camera??
funny... just started getting this weird but small flashing blob on rear cam. Hasn’t gone away after 3 drives. Is there any way to reboot the system without pulling the battery?- Bthnc

5.3 V8 valve spring issues?
It is concerning but what we don’t know is the failure rate. GM hopefully has a pretty good idea. While there are a lot of posts in various forums, that doesn’t really tell us much about failure rate. Disabling the auto shut down feature
So was crushing the interwebs researching the valve spring issue, and saw a post about a test procedure ... I have no idea if accurate, but if you read the doc, it says starting the engine by pressing and holding the start button 15 seconds disables auto shutoff. Simple enough to test I guess...- Bthnc

Exterior mirror puddle lamps
Just a suggestion, but check the settings in the infotainment. I thought I remember something in there about lights on lock/unlock or something similar. -

Creaking above passenger side second row bucket

Tune Select?
As far as I know my Tahoe Premiere does not have that feature. I know this because my wife has it in her 2013 Ford and loves it, so it has been commented on several times as if it was my personal decision to not put that feature in.- Bthnc

How long does the repair for this generally take? I need to wait at the dealer or figure something some transportation assuming they won’t have a loaner. I was thinking it would be a quick thing but after reading this thread, I’m not so sure. -

Loading Sirius XM
I posted this in another thread but mine has a similar intermittent issue. I tried killing SiriusXM app under settings, apps, running apps (somewhere in there) and manually stopping the SiriusXM app. That seems to get it back. What did you do to reboot/cut power? Sorry, didn’t understand...- Bthnc
