Made it to Moab. Thankful for gears, airbags, and WD hitch; made it up the pass and back down without issues. 7" drop was perfect and set the WD hitch angled down 2 settings. Brought everything nice and level, and pulled really well. About 9,000 lbs in tow.- DADW4GN

Will find out this weekend when I test fit. I got the setup from a contact in my Missouri campers forum that built a Sema 1500 pickup. Well, ordered the Curt 17500 weight distribution hitch system, and 7" drop shank, but one of the anti sway bars was missing from the box. Just updates dropping here for build reference: added in-line speedo correction, pedal commander, and rgb rock lights. Pedal commander really woke up the throttle response. Regear complete. VERY noticeable difference, mainly in off the line power. No hesitation or lag for power when starting from full stop. Took a little getting used to easing into the gas because it's much quicker to launch from stop. Should do better towing. Speedo off by 18%, so going to go...- DADW4GN

2017 Chevy Tahoe 4x4 33" tires rubbing
I dont have the same setup (6" lift w/ 35" tires), but certainly had to do some trimming of valence and front bumper. Some tape to mark the line and a cutting wheel, then smooth the edges. Hammered back a small part of the rear of front wheels as well. Was able to cut front valence and bumper...- DADW4GN

I Soooooo considered supercharging...but honestly the dealers are SUCH a pain in the ass, and I would've done the install myself. Once warranty is up, it may get some more tweaks for sure. I'm about 12 MPGs currently. We'll see what the gearing does, but this thing'll never be a gas sipper...- DADW4GN

Some updates: Amp power steps came in after about a 3 month backorder. Just waiting for weather above the current 1 degree temps, or room in my buddy's shop to get them fitted. Here is the AMP part number for their OBD splitter: 76404-01a I ordered that with mine, as well as a toggle switch to manually raise and lower the steps. Their part number for optional toggle switch is: 79106-01a- DADW4GN
