The tire in the above photos is a Bridgestone Blizzak DMV-2 but I just swapped over the OEM rim with the BFG’s mounted. After some extremely helpful feedback from @nick14226 regarding tire pressure and the calculator he supplied, I aired them up to 45 PSI and had them bolted on.
My initial...
I did a lot of research to see what was needed to mount these tires on my stock 20”
rims, on my Yukon XL AT4 (air suspension). I did use the Westcott Designs fender liner pullback kit with great success as there’s no rubbing at the rear of the fender liner after doing the mod and the front...
That looks less integrated than even the current infotainment screens. I wouldn’t mind the gear change stalk, although after owing a 21’, 22’, and now a 24’ Yukon I can’t say the push buttons are really that big of an inconvenience. What’s the over/under on the price increase?!?
What pressure are you running? I purchased a set of BFGoodrich AT’s in the same size and was told by the tire shop I should be running 50 psi or more in them to avoid cupping.
Is this guy still around? I went to “@“ to ask if he went forward with resonators and how they sounded but it doesn’t show him registered on the forum.
Anyone else add resonators to their Corsa system? Mine ended up just too loud for daily driving and especially long trips. I don’t believe...
I find that to be EXACLTY my issue with my outgoing 22’ Denali. It was such a strange experience switching my point of focus from the road in front of me to the rear view mirror. It was almost a sensation of not “looking through” the mirror at the reflection behind me to “looking at” the screen...
@tagexpcom You mentioned chains in your post. I believe I read in the owners manual that the vehicle could not be driven with chains. Is that GM covering their a$$es, and you can use chains, or did you do some other modification in order to do so? Also, chains on just the rear wheels or all...
What you need to do with the vehicle off, is to depress the brake, then hold the start button until “auto shutdown in 20 min disabled,” or something those lines. Once that message appears, take your finger off the start button and you’re gtg.
Edit: looks like already posted above.
Your rig looks great too!!! Based on where I believe you live from comments on the forum, I'll be literally in town with you this weekend (my inlaws live there). Keep an eye out for my white land yacht AT4!
The whole process only took 2.5 months and here’s how it looks! That’s my 22 Denali short wheelbase on the right, which I traded in, and my XL AT4 on the left.
A few immediate things that stand out:
-WOW, does the XL ever ride truly sublime (this one has magnetic ride and adaptive air...
Here’s some intel:

We gotta figure out how to get the mods/founders/supporting members to share “feedback” like this vs their canned goodwill intro. I, for one, would find that infinitely more valuable to the forum...
