    Before you buy anything , get yourself a can of electric contact spray. Any auto parts store will carry it. I had similar issues with the crazy minded hearted seats.     Here is my install , I also used the correct modules to keep steering wheel controls ,etc.. I chose this Sony because it is single DIN sized behind the screen which left space for the harness and adapter modules. I also put in a back up cam while I was at it.

    I just put 6.5 inch Kickers in all 4 doors. In the rear , I had to use the plastic adapter rings to get extra clearance. The fronts mounted direct to the door.

    Hey gang. Just picked up this baby...2005 Z71. Options include 4 blown shocks ,rusty bumpers, and the filthiest interior I've ever seen. But.. everything works ...has no warning lights lit , so I'm going to get her cleaned up and sorted out.
