HELP: What shocks with McGaughy's 3/5"?
Ok, it's been awhile since I've been on here... I need to replace my rear Toxic shocks for my McGaughy's 3/5" kit. They rusted & started to leak. I was wondering if there were any alternatives like Belltech or something. Does anyone know what'll work with this setup? Thanks in advance!:Handshake:- allando

Difference between DL3 & DR4 mirrors
Anyone know how to tell the difference? (Part #, features, harness etc.) I don't know what exact model my power folding mirrors came off of. I need to know so I can get a special VCI programming code. Regular programming doesn't work:emotions122:!!! Unless anyone knows the codes or how to get... -

Power folding mirrors from a Silverado?
So I scored some new power folding mirrors, w/ turn signals, & no puddle lights at work today.... It's from an 07 Silverado. Does anyone know if it will work with my 08 LT2 Tahoe. I'm thinking they're different (switch, programming, etc.).... Please help haha. -

Bleeding should have been the first thing you did after install. You gotta think there wasn't any brake fluid in the lines/ calipers before you installed it.- allando

3/5"....do it!!!! I don't know, but a 2/3" w/ 24's just doesn't look "low" enough you know? But if your the type who freaks out from a little rubbing, suspension noise, hitting curbs w/ your front bumper etc. the 3/5" isn't for you. You think??? I guess it would bend huh... but like a 295/30 or 295/25 would probably be around the same diameter as your old 24's. I wonder how thin the sidewalls would be though.:shocked:- allando

Yeah, if I remember, you can only program tire size up to ***/**/22 on the tech II... As for the tire pressure, it can be set for higher pressures. I did it to mine. I don't think it's the same process as learning the TPMS. Gotta have someone w/ a tech II play around w/ it. It's been awhile...- allando

Yeah that's a good idea, I'd like to see that too... there are many ways to set your truck apart from others. So what everyone has those, wheels aren't the only way of modification... At least dude is posting pics of his truck, takes some balls to do & props to him for that. Not trying to start... -

Looks great!!! There's a black Tahoe here in Maui w/ those slides and eibach drop... It will look 100 times better w/ a 2/3. And it's all good that you have a "popular" wheel... as long as there's not 50,000 others like it in your area. LOL.:hands: -
Offset on wheels w/ fender flares removed
I have a friend w/ a 00-06 tahoe, who is considering removing the factory side moldings along w/ the fender flares. He is looking to get a set of Boss 333 24x10. Will taking the flares off call for a different offset in wheels, or not enough to make a difference? -
Anyone rockin a 295/35/24 on a 24x10?
Well, if you do the "math" 295/35 is 295mm wide/ 32.1" tall, and the 305/35 is 305mm wide/ 32.4" tall.... The difference in width is 10mm and height is .3". It's a pretty small difference, but I'm sure it's a big difference when it comes to rubbing. When my 305's wear out, I'm going straight to... -
