Are you located in Upstate NY? Roc area. I think I know the SLT you are talking about. Glad to see you weren’t impressed with it. I am also looking to trade in my 15LTZ with 120k but may just wait until fall/winter
I’m in the same boat...
‘15 LTZ with 120k on her. It’s currently sitting in the shop getting the torque converter replaced-hoping this does the trick. Contemplating wether I should sell it or hang on to it...tough decision
Let’s say in a few years when I get another Tahoe/Yukon (‘17 or ‘18), would I be able to simply plug and play the Tune to the new vehicle, or do I need to send it to Black Bear to be re-tuned?
one of the reasons I was leaning towards an Intake was the ease of transfer from vehicle to vehicle.
Which would you recommend if you had to pick 1??
I may end up doing both but for the time being I can only pick 1.
15 Tahoe LTZ 5.3L. Looking for increase in HP/torque as well as MPG( if possible??)
I’m pretty new to this stuff ( a few CAI’s and Dinan on cars) so any suggestions are...
Strictly monetarily. Having another kid soon and those daycare bills are no joke!
Just trying to get a feel if it is the right move or just stick with the Tahoe for a while. Thanks for replying!
Looking to downgrade from my 15 Tahoe LTZ with 99k miles. Looking at a 2010 Escalade with 89k miles. Asking price is $18.5k.
I’d prefer a Tahoe/Yukon but they are the same price as the Escalade.
So my questions is-does this seem like a good deal? How reliable are the older Escalades...
