Pretty much yeah lol, No just one, they cut into the second one and said it was still fine so welded it back and left it, I'm more than likely going to get that one replaced soon also for peace of mind, I called this morning and told him I wanted both cats replaced but it was already kinda to...- nritzell

No it isn't. Got the truck back, wow what a difference. Thank you all for the help, gonna drive it around a bit tonight and make sure no more codes pop up.- nritzell

Shop said they are taking it to the exhaust shop and having them inspect the cats... hopefully its just the one cat... they took out the upstream o2 sensor and it ran waaay better since the exhaust could escape there. fingers crossed its just 1 and not both!- nritzell

Got a call from the shop.. At this point its looking like the cats are really stopped up, they've been diagnosing it since 7 this morning, pulled o2 sensors and they were black, he said its Cyl 1,3,5 and 7 missing, they swapped sides on the o2 sensors and it barely wanted to run... Waiting to...- nritzell

I had the truck in last year for intake manifold gasket, if I remember correctly at that time we also replaced the MAF.. Back at the shop now so we'll see what they come up with hopefully.- nritzell

It just started this week and it has been pretty hot, previous time months ago it was cold.. I took it to another shop they checked cats, they said they were still good, we checked the fuel system and all numbers were good... Now it is missing at lower RPMs, I had to drive home on side...- nritzell

Scotty, I have 195,000 miles, I'm also throwing a code for P0420.. Would it be a cat even if power seems fine at lower rpm, normal acceleration, just under more of a load it seems to be bogging? Thanks.- nritzell
