    in town mileage?

    '02, new o2's, new fuel filter, new plugs, new wires. My in town mileage was about 10-11 in town with a/c on. Found out my fuel pump was on its way out, replaced and mileage is at about 13-15 varies with a/c on or off. btw i have 130,000 miles

    Fuel Pump Replacement - Cost?

    more like the pump was $550 (yes, I know you can get a cheapo online, but again rather pay extra for the ability to fingerpoint, ie not have to crawl under the truck myself...i hate changing fuel pumps more than any other part, lol) and the labor was $200 plus tax, etc.

    My guy hit me for $827 total. I know he wouldn't screw me over. I know I could have gotten a cheap ($200) pump and done it myself, but like so much more not having to deal with it. plus having the warranty (see, someone else to blame) if something goes screwy...lol
