    today, plugs and wires. not too long ago roof rack and antena delete. tomorrow; shocks, rear sway bar, and 2" drop springs. pics comming soon after im done. also bought new rims, AR's started to flake really bad.

    :Handshake:i have had 2 yellow tops and 1 red top go bad in 8 years. the latest yellow top lasted only 2 1/2 years in my 86 c-10 on air. the red top (used) started in my 94 intrepid (2000) and died in my 96 tahoe (2004) replaced that with a yellow top and dies in 2010. whats the deal? bad luck...

    Floor Jack sugguestions

    dont be scared of craftsman, im a fan. no matter what people say. look at the specs. tonage, min hight and max might. the parents bought me a nice little jack; nice and low for my aired out 86 pickup. not enough hight thou. my 2 1/2 ton squeezes just fine under it, and high enough for my tahoe.

    throttle body spacers...wast of money. might as well buy the "tornado" in for your intake also. from what i have learned/heard long tube headers, free flow cats, free flow intake and an engine tune. after that your lookin into a cam, new heads, crank shaft and pistons. or a 6.0 swap

    parts train.com they any good??

    i have dealt with partstrain and autopatrswarehouse in the past. not the best way to go. my mirror, door handle and window switch. look the same as stock, but fade or just not look right after a few months. OEM, LMC, or a GM parts.

    as for the hood, i heard the 01-02 hd hoods will bolt up(im looking to do this too) as for the bumper and grill, 1lowhoe04 looks like he has the best thing going. 1lowhoe04, am i right or wrong?

    i just bought my 2002 Z71 85,xxx in Nov. with running it 10-15 min in the morrning to warm up, and 17 miles to work hwy. worst was 8mpg best 13mpg. im in minnesota, so its cold and i have to go through snow every couple of days. and buying it in the winter doesnt help much, since its cold out...

    gmfullsize.com. they added a bunch of forum links at the bottom of there page. the tahoe forum that i used to belong to doesnt exsist anymore.
