Hello,
I am looking to purchase a 2021 with around 34k miles, that has already had 2 injectors replaced - does this correlate to eventually needing all of the injectors replaced? Is this vehicle at increased risk for the lifter failure that some of the 6.2s experience? Thanks
Replacing my 22"s with 18"s to improve ride quality, I've had several sets of Michelin Defenders on my last few trucks and loved them. I see on here people rave about the Falken Wildpeaks and like the idea of a more aggressive looking tire. I don't spend much time off road but enough to justify...
Did you ever figure this out? Having the same issue. I have one good key and 1 spare that I can't get to program. My truck is stuck in program mode despite holding the start button for 12 seconds.
I recently replaced my front pads/rotors with EBC Yellowstuff pads and EBC slotted/dimpled rotors for more robust stopping power. They work great but the dust is more that I want to contend with, I can't drive more than 60 miles without needing to clean the wheels. They are also a lot noisier...
2017 Tahoe LTZ, time to replace my front pads and rotors and I am wondering if I could swap out the PPV calipers to accommodate the PPV pads or if I would have to change other brake system components as well? Any pad/rotor combo recommended? I was pleased with the stock brakes but would like a...
I have a 2007 LTZ Tahoe with stock Bose speakers, the driver front speaker recently died and I am looking to replace both the driver and passenger front speakers. I would like to do a plug and play upgrade if possible. I've read some places that this is easy and other places state that you have...
I have stock 17's on my 07 Yukon SLT. I have Michelin tires now and am looking to purchase a set of on/off road tires that perform well in the snow, ride smooth and have an aggressive look.
My first choice are the 265/70R17 Goodyear Pro-Grade Wrangler SilentArmors
but there are a few...
I got this message last week, noticed the oil pressure was a bit low and figured it was time for an oil change... Strange this is happening all at once?
Yukon to Tahoe conversion - I have an 07 Yukon that I want to put a Tahoe front end on. What do I need other than the bumper, hood and headlights and where is a good spot to get these parts? Thanks.
After a few searches, I am unable to come up with a dual battery system or kit for the 07 Yukon SLT. There is plenty of room in there for a 2nd battery and I would like to install one. Anyone have any insight?
Also, what Optima Yellow top can be installed in these? Looking on their site, it's...
O2 sensors, knock sensors, intake manifold gasket all good. New MAF & fuel filter, throttle body cleaning and seafoam fix nothing... Looks to be the cat, will have them done friday.
How bad would it be to just hammer them out?
Mechanic is on vacation until tomorrow, but he will look at it bright and early.
Today, on my way down there I the CEL came back on and gave me 2 P0420 codes and later on while accelerating, I lost all power and the CEL flashed with P0300. I am starting to think it's a bad cat or O2 sensor...
It was accelerating rough before the code, and when you'd accelerate, you wouldn't move anywhere, it would just rev up like you were on the gas in neutral.
The high revving before it shifts was the first problem. Thats been going on for awhile, but it is smooth, so I didn't worry about it. Yesterday, on my way to work, the other symptoms appeared. On my way home I got a P0301 code - Cyl 1 Misfire - after hitting a bump around 70mph. Took it easy on...
