Sweet then i think ill be trying this out, but using bags instead. Im just wondering how close the bag is going to be to touching the upper a arm. interior dome light switch
hey i got a 2001 tahoe and i think my interior dome light switch went to shit. When i open my doors the lights come on. But when i roll the wheel thing all the way up until it makes that click sound to turn on my interior lights on they dont come on. could this just be the switch itself? I mean...- buddlyduddly

I dont think that is the right cluster for your ride anyways. You said you have a 2000 and that cluster is a 04 i think. If you look at the sticky section the guy has a pic of the same one and its a 04 cluster. edit: never mind i see they have that same style for the older years, my bad.- buddlyduddly

yeah i tried wd, It did work for a bit but it did not last for long. I figured it's worth the 80 bucks to buy a set of those door checks, the newer 2003 and up ones since those are coated with a plastic so i never will have to worry about it again. Figured I already got the tahoe for a steal...- buddlyduddly

no those are for a hood or the rear hatch. Im talking about the rear drivers door and the rear passenger door. Its that metal bar that slides into the rubber peice on the door. Its only got 47 k on it and i never use the rear doors but the rear doors are starting to make some noise when you open them and are getting hard to open too.
