idle surging at start

Gauge Panel Issue
I recently bought an 03 Tahoe LT with a few concerns I need to address. The light for the shifter selector, (PRNDL) is not working. There is also a bulb out at the top of the speedometer.I understand that bulbs cannot be replaced in the gauge panel like in previous models. Is there another... -
