I unplugged the connector at the top of the shock. I don’t think I’m sure what the abs sensor in the rear looks like. I tried to wiggle the cord coming the back of the caliper. Nothing was loose.

This weekend, I was doing some rear suspension work on my '11 Denali. The plan was to replace my rear sway bar bushings, rear sway bar links, and a pair of maXpeedingrods rear shocks. The bushing and links were a breeze. I unplugged the 2 connectors on the shock. I realized my stock struts...
I got the same dash kit you have from Crutchfiekd. I tossed it in the trash and picked this up from Amazon. MUCH better fit!

I wanted to lose the loop on this. I found a transmission shop that cut it off. Rattling is gone and Yukon still rides the same.
The shop owner did say it a balanced but I don’t believe him. I just replied, hmm, that’s weird” and kept it moving.

I have some Moog sway bar stabilizers to install along with front bushings.

Can someone with an AWD Denali take a pic of the rear of the shaft? Maybe that’ll give me a clue on what this thing is.

I got the truck last September so it’s been like these since I got it. I thought it was a loose e brake or something.
Yes, it’s on the rear. I don’t know what purpose it serves but it makes my truck sound raggedy as hell!

I’ve been dealing with a rattling noise coming from under my Yukon for months. It only makes noise when I drive from 10-20mph. I suspected it was coming from the rear of my truck. I took both wheels off. Everything looked in order. Nothing was loose, brakes and rotors were good. I stopped by...
True, they have another video where they worked on a Denali. I had to slow the video down to slowest speed. Maybe this one will provide a better example. They did cut a piece out of the back though.
