I have sold and installed several at my shop. Our JL Audio rep has one we put on his Land Rover. They are very expensive, but a cool option to have. If it is for kids I would just put some movies on an iPod and use that foe a video source. It is kind of like Sat radio, once you get bored...
I just did mine with a 78% solids kit from The Original Color Cips.com it was almost 800bucks and took 4 days to get done. It was a primer coat, base coar, flakes, then a UV clear. I love it.

It sounds like you need to get your levels set correctly. After that start with you xover at 80hz and go from there. It also sound like you could use more mid bass in the front end to give you more impact.

I have seen on a few post that there is a 1inch spacer on some vehicles. I have a 2007 LTZ 4WD with autoride. Would this car have that spacer?

Bad amp is what is sounds like. If you have no RCA's connected and your amp is still making noise it is something with the amp. Never did much like R/F. I am partial to JL, since i am a dealer for them.
I have a 99 tahoe 2wd 4door and was wondering if anybody knows the factory ride height measurement. I think my springs are sagging and am thinking of replacing. It does have 223000 miles on so its about time.
