Potential buyer… issues online from loud minority or reason for concern?

Potential buyer… issues online from loud minority or reason for concern?
My wife is shopping for an “upgrade” to her Toyota 4Runner and we are hoping for something with a usable 3rd row while maintaining some amount of trunk space as well.
